We only ship to USA domestic customers. We don't provide international shipping.

Free shipping on all orders. Standard 3-5 business days delivery in the USA.

5. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We currently don’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Within 3 business days you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

7. Customs, duties, and taxes

Watolt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

8. Damages

Watolt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
